Light Pole Material Anti-corrosion Technology
Base Material Selection Standards
Adopt Q355B low-alloy high-strength structural steel with a yield strength ≥355MPa and elongation ≥22%, which has 40% better corrosion fatigue resistance than ordinary Q235 steel.
The surface roughness of the steel is controlled at Ra6.3-12.5μm to enhance coating adhesion.
Hot-dip Galvanizing Process
◎The galvanized layer thickness is ≥85μm (in line with ISO 1461 standard), 30% thicker than conventional galvanized layers, and the neutral salt spray test (NSS) corrosion resistance time reaches more than 2000 hours.
◎Passivation treatment is carried out after galvanizing to form a dense oxide film, further inhibiting the formation of red rust.
Powder Coating System
◎Adopt epoxy-polyester hybrid powder coating with a thickness of 80-120μm, hardness ≥2H, and impact resistance ≥50kg·cm.
