Led High Mast Luminaires are composed of several main components: the lamp post, the light panel (lighting system), the electrical system, and the foundation with embedded parts.LED lamp beads, typically referring to light-emitting diode lamp beads, are semiconductor devices that directly convert electrical energy into light energy.

The light-emitting principle of LEDs is shown in the figure: The terminal voltage of the PN junction forms a certain potential barrier. When a forward bias voltage is applied, the potential barrier decreases, and the majority carriers in the P region and N region diffuse toward each other. Due to the higher electron mobility than hole mobility, a large number of electrons diffuse into the P region and recombine with the holes in the valence band. The energy released by this recombination is emitted in the form of light, achieving luminescence.

Product Case
