300W High-Power Lighting

The 300W street light, through COB multi-chip integrated light source, rhombic crystal plate optical lens and adaptive dimming algorithm, achieves an average illuminance of 35lx (covering 12-meter-wide roads), rain and fog penetration increased by 3 times, and energy consumption reduced by 55% compared with 300W municipal circuit lights.

COB multi-chip integrated light source

Adopting 12 30W high color rendering index (Ra≥80) LED chips, realizing thermal-electric separation through copper substrate + vacuum eutectic welding process, with junction temperature controlled below 65℃ (85℃ for traditional schemes). Measured data shows that its luminous efficiency reaches 160lm/W (industry average 120lm/W), with a single light flux of 48,000lm, equivalent to the lighting effect of a 400W high-pressure sodium lamp, but with energy consumption only 1/3 of it.

 

Rhombic crystal plate optical lens

Innovatively designed with a rhombic micro-structured lens array, controlling light within the road range through total internal reflection (TIR) principle, with upward light ratio <5% (traditional street lights >25%), effectively reducing interference to residential buildings. At an installation height of 12 meters, its 50% peak illuminance radius reaches 18 meters, 40% higher than traditional lenses, achieving full coverage of 8 lanes without blind spots.

 

Adaptive dimming algorithm

Equipped with a photosensitive + radar dual-mode sensing system, dynamically adjusting power according to ambient light intensity and traffic flow:

◎Late-night mode (0:00-5:00): Automatically reduces to 100W, maintaining illuminance at 15lx;

◎Traffic peak (18:00-20:00): Maintains 300W full power operation, with illuminance reaching 35lx;

◎Rain and fog weather: Triggered by humidity sensor, temporarily increases power to 350W (peak), with penetration enhanced to 200 meters.

Actual measurement shows that this strategy saves 42% energy compared with fixed power mode, while meeting the requirements of JTG/T D81-2017 "Highway Lighting Technical Specification".

Intelligent Monitoring System

The 300W street light integrates a 4K camera, edge computing chip and 5G communication module, realizing face recognition within 200 meters, automatic alarm for abnormal behaviors and real-time data transmission, and passing GA/T 1400-2017 security data standard certification.

 

4K-level camera: Ultra-low illuminance full-color imaging

Adopting a 1/1.8-inch Sony STARVIS back-illuminated sensor, combined with an F1.0 large aperture lens, it can output full-color images even under ultra-low illuminance of 0.0005lx (traditional infrared cameras are only black and white). Its dynamic range reaches 140dB, effectively solving the problem of strong light suppression from car lights, ensuring a license plate recognition rate of >98% for high-speed moving vehicles.

 

Edge computing chip

◎Face recognition: Captures facial features within 200 meters, with a recognition accuracy of 99.2% (95% in mask-wearing scenarios);

◎Behavior analysis: Automatically detects abnormal events such as fights, falls, and left items, with a false alarm rate of <3%;

◎Traffic flow statistics: Real-time calculation of lane flow, vehicle speed and vehicle type distribution through virtual coil technology.

 

5G+LoRa dual-mode communication: Stable data transmission guarantee

◎5G high-speed transmission: Real-time transmission of 4K video streams (delay <200ms), supporting cloud secondary analysis;

◎LoRa low-power wide area network: Sensor data (such as temperature, humidity, tilt angle) is uploaded through LoRaWAN protocol, with annual power consumption per light only 5kWh (75% lower than 4G schemes);

◎Offline data transmission: When 5G signal is interrupted, data is automatically stored in the local SD card (maximum 512GB), and preferentially retransmitted after network recovery.
