Bead quantity and layout design
The 100W Solar LED Street Light adopts 288 high-power LED beads (0.35W per bead), arranged in a 12×24 matrix on a 6063-T5 aviation aluminum substrate, compared with traditional 100W street lights with 50-100 beads.
◎Uniform light emission: The distance between beads is only 2.5mm. Combined with anodizing treatment on the substrate surface (reflectivity≥90%), it eliminates the "light spots" and "dark areas" of traditional street lights, with road surface illuminance uniformity reaching 0.72 (national standard requires ≥0.4);
◎Heat dissipation efficiency: The aluminum substrate is 8mm thick with a thermal conductivity of 237W/(m·K), matched with 6 8mm heat pipes and a finned radiator (surface area 0.8m²). The junction temperature of the beads is 15℃ lower than that of ordinary designs, and the service life is extended to 80,000 hours (industry average is 50,000 hours);
◎Redundancy design: It supports automatic bypass of a single faulty bead, and the remaining 287 beads can still output 99.6% of the rated power, avoiding the problem of a sudden drop in overall brightness of traditional street lights due to individual bead damage.
