Lamp Pole Material Anti-Corrosion
1.Q345B High-Strength Alloy Base Material
The main body of the lamp pole is made of Q345B low-alloy high-strength structural steel, with a yield strength of 345MPa and a tensile strength of 470-630MPa, which is more than 30% higher than that of traditional Q235 steel. This characteristic enables it to withstand the impact of level 12 typhoons (wind speed ≥32.7m/s) without permanent deformation. Meanwhile, through optimized cross-sectional design (such as octagonal tapered pole body), its bending stiffness is increased by 40%, ensuring long-term stable operation in corrosive environments such as coastal salt spray and industrial acid rain.
2.Hot-Dip Galvanizing + Powder Coating + Cathodic Protection
◎Hot-dip galvanized layer (≥85μm): 99.99% pure zinc ingots are used for molten immersion plating at 450℃, forming a dense zinc-iron alloy layer (Zn-Fe alloy phase accounts for ≥70%). This process enables the lamp pole to achieve 20 years of rust-free service in C5-level high-corrosion environments (such as coastal areas), far exceeding the 10-year service life required by industry standards.
◎Epoxy resin powder coating (thickness ≥100μm): German AkzoNobel Interpon D series outdoor-specific powder is selected, forming a nano-scale porous structure on the lamp pole surface through electrostatic spraying. This structure not only makes the coating adhesion reach level 0 (GB/T 9286-1998 standard) but also endows it with self-cleaning ability - the contact angle after rain washing is ≥150°, achieving the "lotus leaf effect" for anti-fouling.
◎Sacrificial anode cathodic protection: Magnesium alloy anode blocks are pre-embedded at the bottom of the lamp pole. Through electrochemical principles, the anode material is preferentially corroded, maintaining the potential of the lamp pole body below -0.85V, effectively inhibiting pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. This technology reduces the corrosion rate of the lamp pole in chloride-containing environments (such as saline-alkali land) to below 0.001mm/year.

3.Modular Sealing Design
The interior of the lamp pole adopts a dual waterproof process of silicone sealing rings + ultrasonic welding, with key components (such as battery compartments and controller compartments) reaching IP68 protection level (IEC 60529 standard). In the simulated heavy rain test, the lamp pole operated continuously for 72 hours under a rainfall intensity of 100L/m²/h, with an internal humidity change of ≤2%RH; in the extreme temperature cycle test from -40℃ to +70℃, the sealing structure showed no cracking or deformation.
Infrared Human Body Sensing
Millimeter-wave radar + pyroelectric dual-mode sensing: 0.1-second response speed
The 6000 Lumen Solar Light is equipped with Infineon XENSIV™ millimeter-wave radar sensor (24GHz frequency band) from Germany and Nicera RE200B pyroelectric sensor from Japan, forming a double insurance mechanism of "active detection + passive confirmation":
◎Millimeter-wave radar: By emitting FMCW frequency-modulated continuous waves, it can penetrate non-metallic materials such as plastic and glass, achieving human positioning with ±5cm accuracy within 5 meters. Its unique micro-Doppler feature recognition algorithm can distinguish human movement from interference sources such as shaking tree branches and running animals, with a false trigger rate of ≤0.3%.
◎Pyroelectric sensor: Adopting a dual-element Fresnel lens array, it expands the sensing angle to 120°, and automatically shields daytime strong light interference through a photosensitive resistor. In the night environment, its sensitivity can be adjusted to detect 0.01℃ temperature changes, ensuring that it can still recognize the 36℃ body surface radiation in a 30℃ ambient temperature.
