The self-cleaning system is a proactive protection technology developed specifically for complex outdoor environments. It efficiently removes pollutants such as dust and bird droppings from the surface of solar panels through physical means, ensuring that the light transmittance remains stable above 92% and increasing the power generation efficiency by 20%-35%. It significantly reduces the risk of performance degradation caused by dust accumulation.

 

This system is especially suitable for installations on high poles (≥12 meters), in remote areas (where the cost of manual maintenance is high), and in extreme climate scenarios (such as regions prone to frequent sandstorms and coastal areas with high humidity). It can achieve maintenance-free operation for more than 10 years and is compatible with dual-axis tracking technology to further optimize the utilization rate of low-angle sunlight.

1. Dual-mode Driving Mechanism

Active Driving Mode: A built-in micro motor drives the cleaning brush (materials: silicone/ultrafine fiber) to move back and forth along the surface of the solar panel. The cleaning process is triggered by a preset program (for example, automatically starting at 2 a.m. every day) or a remote command.

Passive Driving Mode: It utilizes natural forces (such as wind and rainfall) to assist with cleaning. Through mechanical cleaning twice a day, the light transmittance can be stably maintained above 92% for a long time (measured data: it recovers to 98% of the initial value 24 hours after the sandstorm).
