Adaptation to Installation Heights of 4-16 Meters

This product achieves adaptive coverage of a single lamp for heights ranging from 4 to 16 meters through replaceable lens modules and intelligent light pattern optimization algorithms:

◎Modular lens design: Three sets of 60°/90°/120° lenses are provided as standard, allowing users to quickly replace them according to the installation height (no professional tools required);

◎Dynamic light pattern compensation: A built-in light sensor monitors road surface illuminance in real time, and compensates for light decay caused by height changes by adjusting the LED drive current (0-150W stepless dimming).

Technical Implementation Path for Height Adaptation

(1) Optical System Design

Lens material: Adopts PC+PMMA composite material with a light transmittance of ≥92%, and passes a 5000-hour anti-ultraviolet aging test;

Beam angle accuracy: Through Monte Carlo ray tracing simulation, it ensures that the 60° lens achieves a road surface illuminance uniformity of ≥0.8 at a height of 4 meters, and the 120° lens reaches an effective coverage radius of 18 meters at a height of 16 meters;

Anti-glare design: The lens surface is added with a microprism structure to control the UGR (Unified Glare Rating) below 16 (national standard ≤22).

 

(2) Mechanical Structure Adaptation

Standardized lamp pole interface: Supports round tube lamp poles with a diameter of 60-114mm and square tube lamp poles of 80×80mm, enabling quick installation via U-bolts;

Angle adjustment mechanism: The lamp head can be tilted ±15° to adapt to sloped roads or special lighting needs;

Wind-resistant design: The lamp body shape is optimized through CFD fluid dynamics simulation, enabling it to withstand level 14 typhoons (wind speed 45m/s) at a height of 16 meters.

Linkage Between Sensor and Security System

Through the RS485 interface, the sensor can realize linkage with the following devices:

◎Camera: When detecting a human staying for more than 10 seconds, it automatically triggers the camera to record and pushes alarm information to the administrator's mobile phone;
