Solar Traffic achieves efficient energy storage with monocrystalline silicon solar panels of ultra-high conversion efficiency paired with lithium iron phosphate batteries. It uses high-color-rendering LED chips (Ra≥85) and double-layer lenses to enhance the penetrability of 589nm sodium yellow light (visibility distance of 200 meters in fog), with IP65 protection, building a green and precise traffic signal system.

Product Introduction

● High Color Rendering: Selects high-quality LED chips with a color rendering index Ra≥85. Through spectral optimization and constant current driving, combined with asymmetric freeform surface lenses, it ensures accurate color and anti-glare effects.

 

● Strong Penetration: Adopts double-layer lenses and 589nm sodium yellow light enhancement design, achieving a visibility distance of 200 meters in foggy environments with PM2.5≥200μg/m³. Multi-sensors enable intelligent dimming in harsh weather.

 

● Reliable Protection: The whole unit has IP65 protection. The ADC12 die-cast aluminum alloy lamp body is treated with fluorocarbon paint. Fin heat dissipation combined with graphene coating provides 10kV lightning surge protection.

Solar Power Supply System

  • High-Efficiency Solar Components

Solar Traffic is equipped with monocrystalline silicon solar panels using PERC (Passivated Emitter and Rear Contact) technology, with a photoelectric conversion efficiency of 22%-24%.

The component surface is treated with a nano-coating for self-cleaning function, with a hydrophobic angle of 110°, effectively reducing dust adhesion and ensuring long-term stable power generation efficiency.

 

  • Intelligent Energy Storage and Management

Battery System: Equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery with a capacity of 12V/100Ah, an energy density of 140Wh/kg, a cycle life of over 3000 times, and support for normal operation in -20°C low-temperature environments.

MPPT Control: Uses the maximum power point tracking algorithm to real-time monitor the output of solar panels, automatically adjust the operating point, with an energy conversion efficiency ≥99%, which is 5-8% higher than traditional PWM control.

Intelligent Charge-Discharge Strategy: Prefers direct solar power supply, and stores surplus power; automatically switches to battery power at night or on rainy days, dynamically adjusting output power through SOC (State of Charge) monitoring to ensure stable operation for 7 consecutive rainy days.

High Color Rendering Signal Display

Lens Structure: Adopts an asymmetric freeform surface lens to achieve 120°×60° batwing light distribution, with central light intensity ≥5000cd, complying with GB 14887-2011 national standards.

Anti-Glare Treatment: The lens surface is micro-structured, with an upward light ratio (ULOR) ≤3% and a glare index TI≤12, avoiding visual interference from strong light to drivers.

Adaptive Brightness Adjustment: Built-in ambient light sensor with a detection range of 0.1-200,000lx, automatically adjusting signal brightness according to day-night light intensity, improving energy efficiency by 40%.

 

Strong Penetration Lighting Technology

  • Lens Material: Uses high-transmittance PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) material with a light transmittance ≥93%, and an anti-reflective coating on the surface to reduce light reflection loss.
  • Structural Design: Adopts a double-layer lens structure, with the inner layer focusing light to enhance intensity, and the outer layer diffusing the light beam to expand the coverage. Combined with a 15° elevation angle design, it enhances long-distance penetration.
  • Wavelength Optimization: Based on red, yellow, and green primary colors, the 589nm sodium yellow light band is enhanced. In foggy environments (PM2.5≥200μg/m³), the visibility distance is increased to 200 meters, which is 50% higher than ordinary LEDs.
