Pole Material and Anti-Corrosion Process
Main pole material: Q355B low-alloy high-strength steel
Material properties:
◎Strength advantage: Yield strength ≥355MPa (ordinary Q235 steel is only 235MPa), wind resistance rating up to level 12 (wind speed 32.7m/s), and the anti-deformation ability is 40% higher than that of traditional poles.
◎Toughness optimization: Adding trace niobium (Nb) and vanadium (V) elements to form a fine-grain strengthened structure, maintaining good impact toughness in a low-temperature environment of -20℃, avoiding the risk of freezing cracking in northern regions.
◎Corrosion-resistant base: Carbon equivalent (CEV) ≤0.42%, sulfur (S) and phosphorus (P) contents are controlled below 0.035%, reducing cracks in the welding heat-affected zone and intergranular corrosion tendency.

Four-layer composite anti-corrosion system
◎Hot-dip galvanized base layer:
Using 85μm thick hot-dip galvanizing (GB/T 13912 standard), the zinc layer and steel form an Fe-Zn alloy layer. In a coastal high-salt spray environment (Cl⁻ concentration 5000mg/L), the neutral salt spray test (NSS) can reach 2000 hours without red rust (traditional cold galvanizing is only 200 hours).
◎Epoxy zinc-rich primer layer:
Spraying 60μm dry film thickness epoxy zinc-rich paint (zinc powder content ≥80%), through the sacrificial anode protection effect, delaying the zinc layer consumption rate. After UV accelerated aging test (QUV-B, 500 hours), the adhesion still reaches 5MPa (national standard ≥3MPa).
◎Polyester powder intermediate layer:
Electrostatic spraying 120μm thick outdoor polyester powder, with weather resistance up to ISO 12944 C5-M level (industrial corrosion environment). It has no chalking after 5 years of actual measurement in the humid and hot climate of Wanning, Hainan (annual humidity >85%).
◎Fluorocarbon topcoat protective layer:
Rolling 20μm thick PVDF fluorocarbon coating (containing 70% fluororesin), with a contact angle >95° (superhydrophobicity), which can self-clean and remove more than 90% of dust and bird droppings, reducing the frequency of manual cleaning.

Modular adjustable height structure design
◎Segmented pole:
Using 2-3 sections of tapered poles (upper diameter 76mm, lower diameter 165mm), connected by M20 high-strength bolts, each section is 3-6 meters long, which can be freely combined to the target height.
◎Chute lifting system:
Integrating stainless steel guide rails + pulley blocks inside the pole, combined with a manual winch or electric lift, realizing the overall lifting of the lamp (maximum load 50kg), facilitating later maintenance.
◎Quick plug-in structure:
Developed a patented snap-on connector (Patent No.: ZL2023XXXXXXX), the installation efficiency is 3 times higher than that of traditional flange connections (the installation time of a single pole is shortened from 2 hours to 40 minutes).
