(1) Structural Protection

◎Fully enclosed lamp body design: Adopts an integrally die-cast aluminum alloy shell, with seamless joint technology to eliminate gaps, and cooperates with silicone sealing rings to achieve IP65 protection, preventing moisture and dust from entering.

◎Safety isolation chamber: Separately arranges the driver power supply, LED light source, and external terminals in compartments, isolated by reinforced insulation boards. Even if a single compartment is damaged, it will not cause overall leakage.

(2) Electrical Protection

◎Double insulation structure: Internal wires are wrapped with V-0 grade flame-retardant PC materials, and the outer layer is added with ceramizable fireproof sleeves, with a temperature resistance level of 130℃. Even if local overheating occurs, it will not cause combustion or short circuits.

◎Intelligent overload protection: A built-in microprocessor monitors current and voltage in real time. When the load exceeds 10% of the rated value, it automatically cuts off the power supply and triggers an alarm, preventing fire risks caused by line aging or external damage.

◎Grounding redundancy design: The bottom of the lamp body reserves dual grounding terminals, supporting parallel grounding, with a grounding resistance of ≤0.1Ω, ensuring that lightning or fault current is quickly introduced into the ground.

(3) Intelligent Monitoring

◎Leakage detection module: Real-time monitoring of the equipment's leakage current to the ground through a zero-sequence current transformer. When the leakage current ≥5mA, it immediately cuts off the power supply and pushes alarm information through the IoT platform.

◎Temperature sensor network: Arranges NTC temperature sensors in key parts such as the driver power supply and LED modules. When the temperature exceeds 85℃, the cooling fan is activated; when it exceeds 105℃, the power is forced off to avoid insulation failure caused by high temperature.
