Advanced Heat Dissipation Technology

The 150 Watt LED Street Light achieves efficient heat dissipation through a triple system of "finned heat sink + heat pipe technology + anodized anti-corrosion".

Finned heat sink:

◎Structural optimization: Made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy (thermal conductivity 209W/m·K), formed in one piece via high-pressure die-casting to eliminate splicing gaps;

◎Extended heat dissipation area: With 48 fins (each 2mm thick), the total heat dissipation area reaches 0.8m², 60% larger than traditional heat sinks;

◎Air duct design: 8mm spacing between fins forms longitudinal guide grooves, increasing convective heat dissipation efficiency by 30% at a wind speed of 5m/s.

Heat pipe technology:
