It outperforms international standards by 10-20 times in indicators such as salt spray corrosion resistance, waterproof duration, and insulation performance, extending its service life to over 8 years.

◎Multi-height adaptation technology: The product adopts modular lenses (30°-120° optional), intelligent dimming (light sensing + time control), and an adjustable bracket (0°-180° rotation), achieving precise coverage for installation heights from 3 to 20 meters. The illuminance uniformity exceeds 0.6, and the energy efficiency stably ranges from 130 to 142lm/W, saving 30%-40% more energy compared to traditional lamps.

Structural protection

◎Integrated die-cast aluminum housing: Made of ADC12 aluminum alloy (tensile strength 280MPa), formed in one piece by a 2000-ton die-casting machine to eliminate splicing gaps;

◎Double-layer sealing design: A silicone sealing ring (Shore hardness 60±5) + structural adhesive filling is used between the lamp body and the mask, withstanding a pressure of 10N/m² without deformation;

◎Breather valve design: Built-in GORE-TEX waterproof and breathable membrane (pore size 0.2μm) to balance internal and external air pressure and prevent condensation accumulation;

Material protection

◎Nano hydrophobic coating: A fluoropolymer (PFPE) is sprayed on the lamp body surface, with a contact angle >110°, ensuring water droplets roll off without residue;

◎Corrosion resistance treatment: The housing undergoes tri-acid polishing (nitric acid + sulfuric acid + phosphoric acid) + anodization (thickness 20μm), passing a 1000-hour salt spray test (IEC 60068-2-52);
