◎Clean energy-driven manufacturing
The production process uses 100% renewable energy for power supply: A 1.2MW photovoltaic system is installed on the workshop roof, generating 4,800kWh of electricity per day, covering 85% of electricity demand; the remaining 15% is purchased from northwest wind power through the national grid, ensuring that the carbon emission intensity per light during production is less than 18kgCO₂e (industry average 120kgCO₂e).
◎Application of bio-based composite materials
The lamp body structural parts adopt bio-based composites of castor oil-based polyurethane + bamboo fiber reinforcement, with a carbon footprint 76% lower than that of traditional aluminum alloys. Experimental data shows that within the temperature range of -30℃ to 60℃, the impact resistance of this material is better than that of ABS plastic, and it is biodegradable, solving the problem of plastic pollution after traditional street lights are discarded.
◎Lithium iron phosphate battery system
The battery pack uses LFP cells with an energy density of 160Wh/kg and a cycle life of over 6,000 times (DOD 80%), 20 times higher than that of lead-acid batteries (300 times). Its electrolyte is non-toxic organic carbonate, passing the UN 38.3 transportation safety certification, and will not cause heavy metal leakage even if damaged.
◎Closed-loop recycling system
A full-chain "production-use-recycling-remanufacturing" system is established: After the lamp is decommissioned, it is located and recycled through IoT tags. Metals (99% recovery rate), plastics (98% recovery rate), and batteries (97% recovery rate) are separated through an automated disassembly line. Recycled materials are used in new lamp production, forming a true circular economy model.

Five-Core Anti-Electric Shock Protection System
Through innovations such as safety voltage design, double insulation structure, and intelligent leakage protection, the 60W street light has obtained the highest safety rating in the IEC 60598-2-3 outdoor lighting safety standard.
Safety voltage architecture
A 24V DC low-voltage power supply system is adopted, with a voltage 60% lower than that of the traditional 60V DC scheme. Even if the human body is in direct contact, it will not cause ventricular fibrillation (according to IEC 60479-1 standard, 24V DC belongs to safety extra-low voltage SELV). The supporting DC-DC converter has an efficiency of 98%, with power loss 75% less than that of high-voltage systems.
Double insulation structure
Class II insulation protection is implemented inside the lamp body: The power module is potted with epoxy resin to form the first layer of insulation; a 5mm air gap + V0-grade flame-retardant PC partition is set between the shell and the internal circuit to form the second layer of protection. After a 10kV high-voltage impact test, the insulation resistance is always >100MΩ, far exceeding the standard requirement of 2MΩ.
Intelligent leakage protection
An adaptive leakage sensor is integrated, which can monitor tiny leakage of 0.1mA level in real time (traditional circuit breakers can only detect leakage above 30mA). When an abnormality is detected, the control chip cuts off the circuit within 0.02 seconds, 5 times faster than the national standard (0.1 seconds), avoiding the risk of arc burns.
Anti-misoperation design
The bracket adopts a hidden wiring structure, all terminals are located in a dedicated compartment inside the lamp pole, and only a maintenance window is retained outside (which can be opened with a special tool). A grounding resistance tester is equipped during installation to automatically verify grounding continuity, ensuring that the grounding resistance is <0.1Ω (standard requirement <4Ω).
