Strong Light Penetration and Visibility Optimization Technology

  • Penetrating Optical System Design

The LED Pedestrian Light adopts asymmetric light distribution freeform surface lenses, optimizing beam distribution through ray tracing algorithms (such as ASAP optical software).

Precise Beam Angle Control: The main beam angle is compressed to 60°×30° (horizontal × vertical), with central light intensity ≥5000cd. In hazy weather (visibility ≤50 meters), the effective lighting distance reaches 30 meters, a 50% improvement over traditional floodlighting (beam angle 120°).

Spectral Penetration Enhancement: Uses 480nm blue light-excited amber LED chips (peak wavelength 590nm), with penetration capability in rainy/foggy environments 40% higher than white light LEDs. This avoids scattering interference from 400-450nm short-wave blue light, complying with the CIE TC 1-93 fog lighting standard.

  • Visibility Enhancement Algorithm

Dynamic Fog Mode: Built-in laser particle sensor (detection accuracy ±10μg/m³). When PM2.5 concentration ≥200μg/m³ or air humidity ≥90%, it automatically triggers the penetrating light mode:

Increases amber light proportion to 80%, reduces blue-green light output, and minimizes the "veiling glare effect" caused by scattering.

Increases driving current by 10% (short-term overload mode), temporarily increasing luminous flux to 120% for ≤2 hours to avoid component overheating.

Reflective Sign Enhancement: Lateral fill light modules are added to the lens edges (beam angle 150°) to specifically illuminate reflective road signs and warning posts on both sides of the walkway, extending the nighttime recognition distance of signs from 15 meters to 25 meters.

LED Chip Selection: Uses Lumileds LUXEON Z series ceramic-packaged chips with thermal resistance ≤3K/W. At a junction temperature of 85°C, light decay is ≤3%/1000 hours, with a lifespan ≥100,000 hours (traditional silicon-based chips have a lifespan ≤50,000 hours).

Constant Current Driving Technology: The driver power supply uses active power factor correction (APFC) + LLC resonant topology, with efficiency ≥95%, output ripple ≤50mV, and brightness stability ≤±3% under ±10% voltage fluctuations, preventing premature chip aging caused by current surges.

 

● Structural Durability Design

Protection Rating:

The entire unit has an IP65 rating. The lamp head and base use double sealing rings + stainless steel bolt locking, with a gap ≤0.05mm, passing the 1-meter water immersion test for 30 minutes (IEC 60529).

Material Anti-Aging:

Housing: 30% glass fiber-reinforced nylon (PA66-GF30), UV aging-resistant (QUV test ≥5000 hours), yellowing index ≤5.

Lens: Polycarbonate (PC) + scratch-resistant coating, hardness 2H, impact resistance ≥16J (IK10 standard).

● Heat Dissipation and Environmental Adaptability

Micro-Channel Liquid Cooling Technology: Built-in 0.5mm-thick micro-channel aluminum substrate with thermal diffusivity ≥150W/m・K, reducing chip junction temperature by 15°C compared to traditional aluminum profile heat dissipation, and stable operation at an ambient temperature of 45°C.

Wide Temperature Operation: Full-temperature range startup from -40°C~+60°C. In low-temperature environments (≤-20°C), it automatically activates the preheating mode, reaching 80% of rated brightness within 3 minutes.
