The Intelligent Solar Street Light achieves the intelligentization and high efficiency of the street light system by integrating core technologies such as intelligent light sensing, adaptive dimming, energy management, monitoring and early warning.

1. Intelligent Light Sensing and Adaptive Dimming
Automatic Light Sensing Adjustment: The system is equipped with a high-precision photosensitive sensor, which can sense the ambient light intensity in real time and automatically adjust the brightness of the street light.
Adaptive Dimming: Combining time control and light sensing, the street light can dynamically adjust its brightness according to different time periods and weather conditions, achieving a balance between energy conservation and lighting.
2. Intelligent Energy Management
MPPT Charging Technology: Using a maximum power point tracking (MPPT) controller, it adjusts the output voltage of the photovoltaic panel in real time to ensure efficient charging even under low-light conditions (such as cloudy days, dawn and dusk), improving the overall energy utilization rate.
Intelligent Battery Management: The built-in battery management system (BMS) monitors the battery status (voltage, current, temperature, etc.) in real time to prevent overcharging and over-discharging, and extend the battery life. For example, under the protection of the BMS, the cycle life of a lithium iron phosphate battery can reach more than 2000 times.
3. Intelligent Monitoring and Fault Early Warning
Remote Monitoring: Through the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, the system can upload the working status of the street light (brightness, battery level, faults, etc.) to the cloud platform in real time. Operation and maintenance personnel can remotely monitor and quickly locate the fault points.
Fault Early Warning: The system has a self-diagnosis function. When it detects faults in the photovoltaic panel, battery aging, or sensor abnormalities, it automatically triggers the alarm mechanism to prompt maintenance personnel to deal with the problems in a timely manner.
4. Intelligent Scene Adaptation
Multi-mode Switching: It supports multiple working modes such as the timing mode, light sensing mode, and infrared sensing mode, and can be flexibly switched according to different scene requirements.
Optimization of Pedestrian/Traffic Flow Density: Combining infrared sensor or radar sensing technology, the street light can dynamically adjust its brightness according to the pedestrian and vehicle flow, further enhancing the energy-saving effect.
Anti-electric Shock
1. Double Insulation Protection
The internal circuit of the street light adopts a double insulation design to ensure that electric shock can still be prevented even when the single-layer insulation fails. For example, key components such as the photovoltaic panel, battery, and controller all use materials with a high insulation grade and have passed the IP65 protection level test.
2. Leakage Protection Device
A built-in residual current device (RCD) automatically cuts off the power supply when the detected leakage current exceeds the safety threshold (such as 30mA) to prevent electric shock accidents.
