1. Zero-carbon Energy System
Using monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic panels (efficiency ≥ 21%), the daily average power generation can meet the basic 12-hour lighting needs of street lights. Taking a 60W street light as an example, the annual power generation is about 219 kWh, which is equivalent to reducing CO₂ emissions by 164 kg (calculated according to the average emission factor of the Chinese power grid of 0.75 kg/kWh).
2. Intelligent Light Control and Energy Management
Dual-mode of Light Sensing and Time Control
Automatically sense the ambient light intensity through a photoresistor. Combined with the preset time control program, it ensures that the street lights turn on automatically at dusk and turn off at dawn, avoiding energy waste caused by human operation errors.
MPPT Charging Technology
The maximum power point tracking (MPPT) controller can adjust the output voltage of the photovoltaic panel in real time, increasing the charging efficiency by 20%-30%. It can still store energy efficiently under low-light conditions (such as cloudy days and at dawn and dusk).

3. Green Materials and Manufacturing Processes
Lamp Body Material: Using 6063-T5 aviation aluminum alloy with a surface anodizing treatment, the corrosion resistance is increased by 3 times, and it can be 100% recycled.
LED Light Source: Selecting chips from Lumileds or CREE, with a luminous efficacy ≥ 160 lm/W, a color rendering index (Ra) > 80, and being mercury-free and free of ultraviolet radiation, meeting the RoHS 2.0 environmental protection standard.
Modular Design: Each component (photovoltaic panel, battery, sensor, lamp head) is independently replaceable. When repairing, only the faulty module needs to be replaced, reducing the generation of electronic waste.
