New-Generation Lamp Bead Technical Architecture
The new-generation Solar Street Light 6000 Lumens achieves a performance leap through the following technical combinations:
1.36-48 High-Power LED Lamp Beads: Total Luminous Flux Exceeds 6000 Lumens
High-power lamp beads from Bridgelux (USA) or Epistar (Taiwan) are selected, with a single bead power of 1.5-3W and luminous efficiency of 150-180lm/W. Taking the 48-bead solution as an example:
◎Theoretical luminous flux: 48 beads × 3W × 180lm/W = 25,920lm (after a driver efficiency of 95%, the actual luminous flux reaches 24,624lm);
◎Actual luminous flux: After concentrating light through optical lenses, the effective luminous flux on the road surface reaches 6000lm (covering scenarios with 8-meter lamp poles and 20-meter spacing), which is 25% brighter than traditional 30W street lights (4800lm).
◎Measured data: In a project at an industrial park in Hangzhou, the illuminance of the new-generation street lights reaches 30lux (national standard requires ≥20lux), while traditional street lights only reach 22lux, and the nighttime accident rate has decreased by 15% year-on-year.

2.Ceramic Substrate + Gold Wire Packaging: Service Life Exceeds 100,000 Hours
The bottom of the lamp beads uses an aluminum nitride ceramic substrate (thermal conductivity 170W/m·K), combined with 99.99% pure gold wire bonding, reducing the thermal resistance from 3℃/W in traditional solutions to 0.6℃/W. Laboratory accelerated aging tests show:
◎Junction temperature control: At an ambient temperature of 85℃, the junction temperature remains stable below 80℃ (far lower than the LED chip safety threshold of 125℃);
◎Service life prediction: Calculated according to the LM-80 standard, the service life of the lamp beads reaches 100,000 hours under the TM-21 model (based on 12 hours of daily use, it can last 22 years);
◎Light decay curve: The light decay rate is only 5% after 10,000 hours, and ≤15% after 50,000 hours, which is far better than the industry average (30%-50%).
3.Intelligent Temperature-Controlled Driver Circuit
The system is equipped with a built-in temperature sensor and constant current driver chip, which monitors the lamp bead temperature in real time and automatically adjusts the output current:
◎High-temperature protection: When the junction temperature ≥100℃, the current drops to 80% of the rated value to prevent overheating damage;
◎Low-temperature compensation: When the ambient temperature ≤-20℃, the current increases to 110% of the rated value to ensure low-temperature startup performance.
