Built-in Operating Platform
The operating platform of High Mast Pole With Platform adopts a "lamp pole embedded steel structure" design, using Q355B low-alloy high-strength steel as the base material, and is integrally formed with the main body of the lamp pole through a composite fixing method of welding and bolts, forming a continuous operating channel from the ground to the lamp panel (height 15-45 meters).
1.Breakthrough Improvement in Maintenance Efficiency
◎Instant response mechanism: The platform is delivered for use synchronously with the lamp pole. Maintenance personnel can carry out operations at any time with tools without relying on external equipment. The time for a single maintenance (such as replacing the light source) is reduced from the traditional 4-6 hours to 1.5-2 hours, with efficiency improved by more than 60%.
◎All-scenario adaptability: The integrated design of the platform and the lamp pole has a minimum operating radius of only 1.2 meters, and can adapt to soft-based roads (such as muddy ground, gravel yards) below 5kN/m², especially suitable for scenarios where equipment is difficult to enter, such as logistics parks and dock yards.
