Through the 6063-T5 aluminum alloy lamp body and 12 groups of parallel fin design, combined with high thermal conductivity silicone grease, rapid heat conduction and convection are achieved, solving the heat dissipation problem of high-power LEDs.

◎IP65 protection rating: Fully dustproof + protection against low-pressure water jets. It passes the GB/T 4208 standard test and is suitable for harsh environments such as high humidity and salt spray in coastal areas.

The photoelectric conversion efficiency of LED chips is only 30%-40%, and more than 60% of the remaining electrical energy is converted into heat energy. If the heat cannot be dissipated in time, it will cause the chip junction temperature to rise, leading to problems such as accelerated light decay, shortened lifespan, and color temperature shift. The 80W All In One Solar Street Light adopts an integrated die-cast aluminum alloy lamp body, achieving efficient heat dissipation through the following technologies:

◎ Material Selection: 6063-T5 aviation-grade aluminum alloy with a thermal conductivity of 201W/(m·K), which is more than 200 times that of ordinary plastics, enabling rapid conduction of heat from the LED chip to the surface of the lamp body.

◎ Structural Optimization: The back of the lamp body is designed with 12 groups of parallel fins, each fin with a thickness of 3mm and a length of 150mm. By increasing the heat dissipation area (3 times higher than the traditional flat plate design), air convection is accelerated. For example, at an ambient temperature of 35℃, the surface temperature of the lamp body can be controlled within 55℃, ensuring the LED chip junction temperature is ≤85℃.

◎ Process Guarantee: CNC precision machining is used to ensure the fin spacing error is ≤0.1mm, avoiding air flow blockage caused by assembly gaps; high thermal conductivity silicone grease (thermal conductivity ≥3.0W/(m·K)) is applied between the lamp body and the LED substrate to reduce contact thermal resistance.

IP65 Protection Rating

The IP (Ingress Protection) rating is formulated by the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) to measure the protection ability of equipment enclosures against solid foreign objects and liquids.
