High-Strength Anti-Corrosion Lamp Pole
As the supporting structure of street lights, lamp poles must withstand long-term natural challenges such as wind, sun exposure, rain erosion, and salt spray corrosion. The 90W Solar Street Light adopts a triple anti-corrosion system of "hot-dip galvanizing + powder coating + cathodic protection" combined with high-strength alloy materials to achieve an anti-corrosion life of more than 20 years.
Advanced Alloy Base Material: Dual Protection of Impact Resistance and Fatigue Resistance
The main body of the lamp pole is made of Q345B low-alloy high-strength structural steel, with a yield strength of 345MPa, 1.5 times that of ordinary Q235 steel.
◎Impact resistance: Maintains good toughness at -20℃, capable of resisting impacts from hailstones and flying stones (tested to withstand a 5kg weight falling from a 3-meter height without deformation);
◎Fatigue resistance: After 100,000 bending tests (simulating 10 years of wind sway), the residual deformation is less than 0.2%, ensuring no loosening during long-term use;
◎Lightweight design: Under the same strength, the pole weight is 20% lighter than traditional steel, reducing transportation and installation costs.

Triple Dynamic Anti-Corrosion Process
◎First Layer: Hot-Dip Galvanized Anti-Corrosion Layer
The entire lamp pole is immersed in 550℃ molten zinc solution to form a zinc-iron alloy layer with a thickness ≥85μm.
360° all-round coverage: Including hidden parts such as inner walls, flanges, and weld seams;
Sacrificial anode protection: The zinc layer corrodes first, protecting the base material from damage (anti-corrosion life up to 15 years);
Salt spray resistance test: Passed 1000-hour neutral salt spray test (ISO 9227 standard) with no red rust on the surface.
◎Second Layer: Outdoor-Grade Powder Coating
A polyester powder coating is sprayed on the galvanized layer, forming a 0.1mm dense coating after curing at 200℃.
UV aging resistance: Using imported light stabilizers, the color difference ΔE is <3 after 5 years of outdoor use (imperceptible to the naked eye);
Chemical corrosion resistance: Resists erosion from acid rain, bird droppings, and cleaning agents;
Self-healing function: Minor scratches can automatically close through thermal expansion and contraction, preventing penetration of corrosive media.
◎Third Layer: Cathodic Protection Enhancement
A magnesium alloy sacrificial anode block is embedded at the bottom of the lamp pole, which continuously absorbs surrounding corrosion current through electrochemical principles, especially suitable for coastal high-salt-spray areas. Test data shows that this design extends the lamp pole's life to 25 years in marine climates.
